Maintenance of stevia transplanter after dampness
1.
Check the body shell of stevia transplanter, where the water soaked in
local, there will be mud or fade, and then according to the humidity,
targeted repair.
2. Rinse or rinse remaining mud with clean
water. Eliminate wheel, distributor, pole, transport trough, cutting
platform crank and rocker organization, finger support, clamping chain,
vibrating screen, grain feeder, transport belt, pulley and other sundry,
and eradicate soil and pulley. Accumulates in the wheel, the regulating
wheel, the track, the cutting table transport mixer and so on.

Open the stevia transplanter transport tank cover, eliminate the
remaining impurities in the transport tank, take out the transport
chain, clean it with diesel oil, dry, soak it evenly, and then load it
from the beginning. The damaged scraper should be replaced.

Clean water is used to flush and eradicate sediments on the cutting
surfaces, especially the gaps between moving and stationary blades, and
between blades and blade protectors. Careful arrangement should be made
to prevent mixing of hard sand particles and pulling of blades.

Turn over or remove the back cover and side cover of the harvester,
check and eliminate the soil and residual weeds piled up in the places
such as transportation of the agger, cleaning fan, vibrating screen and
the structure of its crank and rocker, check whether the sieve holes of
vibrating screen, concave plate screen and fish scale screen are
blocked, and arrange. If the sieve surface is deformed by hard objects,
it should be checked or replaced. As for the damaged screen, it can be
repaired when the damaged area is not large, and replaced when the
damage is severe.
6. Check whether the spiral blade of the
cutting table is partially deformed or damaged, or whether it is
dissolved together with the roller of the blade. When a blade is
partially deformed, it can be knocked to restore its original shape. To
strike, use the half-head wooden hammer to pad the back of the deformed
part, and use the other hammer to strike in the front until the blade
returns to its original shape and stops. Partially damaged blades can be
fixed with a panel and the panel should follow the original blade
shape. The blades shall be welded from scratch.
7. Check the
electrical and mechanical circuit of stevia transplanting. All
submerged-type appliances should be removed, checked carefully, dry
moisture, tested with a multimeter, if there is no iron short circuit,
disconnect welding, sustainable use, or should be replaced. Once the
battery is flooded, it should be scrapped.
8. Take off the
transmission belt, dry it in the sun or dry it, and reinstall it to
prevent slipping after the transmission belt is immersed in water.
9.
After maintenance and installation, stevia transplanter should be put
into trial operation. If there is any abnormality, please stop the
machine for checking.
